Do you know what operations you need to pay attention to when using an electric forklift?
1. Preparation before work
The vehicle should be inspected to make sure that the battery is fully charged, and that various switches, connectors, operating handles, pedals, tire pressure and fasteners are in normal condition. If the operating mechanism is found to be bad, it should stop immediately and report the fault to the management.
The start of the vehicle
Release the handbrake handle and turn on the electric switch. Put the direction switch handle in the forward (or car) gear first. Then depress the accelerator pedal to start the vehicle. If there is an error in the program, the forklift will not start.
Note: If the battery has just been fully charged, the gantry must be raised and lowered 3-5 times before starting the forklift to avoid damage to the electronic control card due to excessive floating voltage.
3. Driving and loading and unloading
You want to change the driving direction while driving. Lei first released the accelerator pedal and switched the handle when changing directions. The direction depends on the steering wheel to control the rear axle steering of the forklift. The steering wheel is turned counterclockwise (the person is sitting on the seat and watching), the car turns to the left, and the car turns clockwise, and the car turns to the right. This direction will not change whether it is forward or backward.
When working in a narrow field or on a bad road, pay attention to the distance to avoid collision.
When loading goods, the weight and size of the goods should conform to the load curve regulations on the vehicle, do not overload, and pay attention to the center of the gantry, and do not deviate from the position.
When driving with cargo, the fork is about 300mm off the ground, and the gantry is tilted backwards, so that the cargo is close to the rear wall of the fork.
