Hazards of high oil temperature in hydraulic pallet truck system ①Hydraulic oil viscosity, volumetric efficiency and hydraulic system working efficiency all decrease, leakage increases, and even the mechanical equipment cannot work normally. ②The parts of the hydraulic system expand due to overheating, which destroys the original normal matching clearance of the relative moving parts, resulting in increased frictional resistance and easy jamming of the hydraulic valve. Premature wear of precision mating surfaces in motors, etc. renders them useless or scrapped. 
③ Accelerate the aging and deterioration of rubber seals, shorten their lifespan, and even lose their sealing performance, causing serious leakage of the hydraulic system. ④ Vaporization of oil and evaporation of water can easily cause cavitation of hydraulic components; oil oxidation forms colloidal deposits, which are easy to block the small holes in the oil filter and hydraulic valve, making the hydraulic system unable to work normally. Therefore, the high temperature of hydraulic oil will seriously affect the normal use of the machine, reduce the service life of hydraulic components, and increase the maintenance cost of construction machinery.
